Esther Freud and Alison MacLeod (contributors) and David Constantine, Di Speirs and Erica Wagner (judges) celebrate the new Asham Award Anthology (Bloomsbury). The only major prize for unpublished women short story writers, the Anthology includes work by prominent authors and competition winners. Poet and translator David Constantine reads from his new story collection The Shieling (Comma Press) authors Esther Freud (Love Falls) and Alison MacLeod (Fifteen Tales of Modern Attraction) read their Asham stories Erica Wagner, The Times Literary Editor, presents Margaret Atwood's contribution. Chaired by Di Speirs, Executive Producer BBC Radio 4. Part of Short Story Festival
